Church of the Trinity…Continued Transition

Rev. Tigard  served at Church of the Trinity MCC for 7 years as pastor.

Under his leadership the congregation experienced a period of growth, vitality, and community engagement. In 2016 Church of the Trinity broke ground on a columbarium and memorial garden named in honor of Craig Gardiner and Frank Stanford. In 2017, Rev. Tigard left Church of the Trinity to pursue a new calling and we celebrated his 7 years of ministry with us.

Rev. Donna Twardowski served as our Associate Pastor providing program and lay leadership development support to our growing congregation until her retirement December 31st, 2017. Church of the Trinity continued to expand its community outreach and commitment to spiritual growth and education.

In July 2017, Rev. Renae Phillips was called to be our Transitional Pastor and faithfully served in that position until January 31st, 2019. Under her leadership, we achieved financial stability and were able to satisfy our existing mortgage in 2018 with the sale of our Cell Tower Lease. Our congregation healed not only financially but also spiritually. Rev. Phillips has positioned Church of the Trinity to move forward and succeed in living into our vision and mission.
