Meditation Circle

Saturday, June 13 at 11 AM — Meditation is one of the most rewarding kinds of prayer even though many of us shy away from it. In this meditation circle, you will be led into a centered state of contemplation and listening by easing the body and mind so that your spirit can open. Join this circle as a sacred spiritual practice.

Karaoke with Oliver

Monday, June 15 at 6:30 PM - Our own amazing musician, Oliver Dill, will be here to serenade you with his own voice and invite you to join in on the fun. If you sing in the car or the shower, singing Karaoke on a Monday night might be the perfect kind of fun for you! Come laugh, sing, and make new friends!

Community Conversation with Angie Nixon

Tuesday, June 16 at 6 PM — All are welcome to a special community conversation event with US Senate candidate, Angie Nixon. This won't be your typical meet and greet or town hall. We're emphasizing community and the concerns of everyday Floridians in our Sarasota/Manatee region. Leaders from different causes and organizations will speak about issues specific to our area and hear responses from Representative Angie Nixon on how she can address these concerns as our next US Senator.

Juneteenth Celebration

Wednesday, June 17 at 7 PM — Join Church of the Trinity MCC and Greater Hurst Chapel AME for a special Juneteenth celebration as we honor Black freedom, resilience, resistance, and joy. Juneteenth marks the delayed liberation of enslaved Black Americans and reminds us that freedom and justice are still sacred work unfolding in our own time. This program will include stories, music, reflection, and a message rooted in hope, truth-telling, collective liberation, and the ongoing work of repair.

Spirituality on Tap

Wednesday, June 24 at 6:30 PM — Join us for a relaxed, open gathering where spirit and conversation meet over drinks. Whether you're a lifelong believer, curious seeker, or somewhere in between, come share thoughts, ask questions, and explore spirituality in a welcoming space. No sermons, no pressure — just real talk and good company. All are welcome!

One of the longest running traditions in the Christian faith is gathering at the table to share a meal. Worship can happen anywhere and in anyway. Come to the table.
